1.酸菜洗净切碎,放入葱姜末拌匀

小窍门&温馨提示
包饺子尽量用没有特别大气味的油,比如玉米油,葵花籽油,不然熟了会有一股生油味。如果用豆油,可以把油加热熟,凉了以后再拌馅。
